BEFORE YOU REGISTER

Please Note: There are two registration options below—one for participants paying with a credit card and another for those whose organization will be billed. If you're using a mobile device, make sure to scroll down to see both options and select the one that applies to you.

1. Participants Paying with a Credit Card

If you are personally responsible for paying your registration fee, please:

  • Complete the registration form in full.

  • Proceed to the secure payment section.

  • Submit your payment using a valid credit card.

Once your payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email and payment receipt.

2. Participants Whose Organization Will Pay

If your employer or government agency (e.g., Canadian, U.S., or Mexican government) is covering your registration:

  • You will receive a billing code from your organization.

  • Enter the billing code in the designated field on the registration form.

  • You will not be asked to submit a credit card payment at the time of registration.

  • The code will inform NAPPO administration who should be billed directly.

Please ensure you have received your billing code prior to beginning your registration.
